Where are your products made?

Our physical products are sourced from trusted fulfillment partners overseas (primarily in Asia). Digital products are created in-house by TrueHill Supply and delivered instantly via email.

Are your blenders safe to use?

Yes! Our portable blenders are BPA-free, USB-rechargeable, and designed for everyday use. For safety, we don’t recommend blending hot liquids, as pressure buildup may cause leaks or affect performance.

Do you offer bundles or discounts?

Yes! We regularly offer bundle deals and promotions. Check our homepage or sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive discounts and early access to new offers.

How do I receive my e-book?

All digital products are delivered instantly by email after purchase. You’ll also see a download link on the order confirmation page.

I didn’t receive my download. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at info@truehillsupply.com with your order number and we’ll resend your files right away.

Can I return or refund a digital product?

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are final sale and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing a file, we’re always happy to help.

Where do you ship?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all physical products.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • Canada & USA: 7–20 business days
  • UK & EU: 10–25 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 10–25 business days
  • Other regions: 15–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing or postal delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we now offer free standard shipping worldwide, with no minimum purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use the “Track My Order” link in the website header to check your order status.

My tracking hasn’t updated. Is that normal?

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to update after your order is shipped. If there’s no update after 7 days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on most physical items within 30 days, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Digital products are non-refundable.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at info@truehillsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved (and, if required, received back), refunds are issued to your original payment method.
