🍑 3 Smoothie Recipes for Peach Season
Quick, refreshing & sunshine in a cup
We wait all year for this — peach season is short, but so sweet. Whether you're blending breakfast before the kids wake up or sipping something cold while the fan's on full blast, these three smoothies are quick, peach-packed, and perfect for summer.
Fresh or frozen — it doesn’t matter. If it’s a peach, it belongs in the blender.
🥣 1. Creamy Vanilla Peach
Like a peaches-and-cream milkshake, but better
What you’ll need:
1 ripe peach (peeled + sliced, or frozen)
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup oat milk or vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes
How to make it:
Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Optional: Top with granola or a spoonful of yogurt — it doubles as breakfast.
☀️ TrueHill Tip: Want it sweeter? Add a little maple syrup or honey.
🍊 2. Peach Citrus Refresher
Bright, juicy, and great for warm mornings
What you’ll need:
1 fresh or frozen peach
Juice of 1 orange
1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
1 tsp lemon juice
Ice cubes
How to make it:
Blend until smooth and pour over ice for a lighter texture.
☀️ TrueHill Tip: A pinch of fresh ginger adds a subtle kick if you're into it.
🧡 3. Peach Mango Glow
Smooth, sunny, and loaded with skin-friendly fruit
What you’ll need:
1 peach (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp hemp hearts or chia seeds
Small handful of spinach (optional)
Ice cubes
How to make it:
Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
☀️ TrueHill Tip: Add protein powder or Greek yogurt to make it more filling.
💛 Keep it simple, keep it peachy
Smoothies should be easy — and these three are exactly that. I’ve been making them on repeat lately, and I hope they bring a little sunshine to your day too.
