1. Very Berry Morning Boost

Why We Love It: This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and just the right amount of natural sweetness. It’s also perfect for picky eaters thanks to its bright color and sweet berry flavor.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 banana

1/2 cup spinach (optional)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup oat milk or almond milk

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Tip: Add a few ice cubes if your berries aren’t frozen, or throw in a splash of orange juice for a little zing.


2. Tropical Green Refresher

1/2 frozen banana
